At its release in 2000, ‘Gilmore Girls’ was known to be popular among many people. It was one of the shows during that time that everyone was anticipating. Due to its extreme popularity and cultural impact among many, now that the show is over 20 years old since its release, many fans wonder where the Gilmore Girls cast is now.
After its last episode aired in 2007, many of the show’s fans are eager to know what the cast members have been doing since then. During the seven years that ‘Gilmore Girls’ aired on television, fans had the chance to live an imaginary life in Stars Hollow, Connecticut, for its back-to-back season comebacks.
During that time, they became familiar with Lorelai, played by Lauren Graham, and her daughter, Rory, played by Alexis Bledel, as they embark on a wonderful journey in life.
The show only portrays the two as Lorelai rises in her hotel management profession and Rory copes with the demands of high school. Lorelai, who works at the Independence Inn in Stars Hollow, depends on her parents for financial support to pay Rory’s tuition at the renowned high school Chilton.

Lorelai raised Rory alone with the assistance of her neighbors, and Rory also assisted her mother in any way she could. Their companionship, bond, and communication were at the heart of their relationship. Of course, there were a few males who tried to court the Gilmore Girls along the road.
The show has been a fun roller coaster ride for most fans. Since its last episode aired, the cast has continually hinted to fans that they themselves badly want the series to have another season.
In one of the interviews, the show’s creator Amy Sherman states that she thinks they would do more seasons if the time is right already. They are just waiting for everybody to be in the mood once again, just like they did before.
Moreover, it is also quite known to the show’s fans that they have been somehow left on a hook regarding the love story between Luke and Lorelai. That’s why they deserve to know what really happened next.
Before that, let’s first look into the lives of the ‘Gilmore Girls’ cast after all these years. Are they still in the acting industry? Is there a chance for a comeback? We’ll find out together.

The main character in the series that Lauren Graham played will always remain an icon. Since then, she has remained a symbol in the acting industry. Graham has consistently landed project after project due to the fame she attained during her “Gilmore Girls” days.
Graham secured another opportunity to portray another single-parent character after her role as the best and coolest mom Lorelai for the seven seasons of Gilmore Girls. From 2010 until 2015, she played Sarah Braverman in the popular television program Parenthood. She then played Lorelai again for the four-part Netflix revival in 2016.

However, she took home two Teen Choice Awards for her performance in Gilmore Girls, which has now grown to be legendary and will undoubtedly go down in entertainment history.
