Despite several difficulties, they ultimately decided to advance their relationship. Madlyn accepted Colby’s proposal in the Ultimatum season 1 finale, and they were married the following day. The couple then revealed Madlyn’s first pregnancy during The Ultimatum season 1 reunion.
Nearly a year after the Nick and Vanessa Lacey-hosted series premiere, Madlyn Ballatori and Colby Kissinger from The Ultimatum are still growing their family. On Monday, January 23, 2023, Madlyn revealed her pregnancy through Instagram.

The delighted pair could be seen in numerous images with their daughter Josie, who was dressed in a “big sister” blouse. Their second child is expected in September, Madlyn stated in the caption. But before being a happy family, the couple also experienced their fair share of struggles.
Madlyn and Colby appeared on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On after Colby gave Madlyn an ultimatum. Colby told The List that he was prepared to propose to her and had known from the start that she was the one. On the other hand, Madlyn wasn’t as sure about continuing their connection, so Colby was eager to experience “The Ultimatum” to know where she stood.
Madlyn Ballatori was initially frightened by the idea of getting married because they arrived with highly different perspectives. Talking about that initial worry, Madlyn revealed she was having trouble thinking that leaning into Colby’s love would take something away from herself instead of adding to it. In addition, she talked to Colby in Episode 1 and told him it’s much scarier to marry than to lose him.
Despite all these, the couple continued and started a lovely family together. Upon revealing that they will be adding baby no. 2, Madlyn Ballatori and Colby Kissinger can’t help but express their excitement.
