There have been a lot of curious people wondering how tall is MrBeast, also known as Jimmy Donaldson. The YouTuber slash philanthropist who first became popular with his ridiculously extravagant giveaways and prizes definitely looks big in his videos. He usually towers over regular people he meets on the streets and even his teammates. Well, his name is MrBeast, so there’s that.
But for those who don’t know yet, Jimmy’s channel name has actually nothing to do with his height. Though it did perfectly fit. In the documentary Beyond the Spotlight on CuriosityStream, he said that the name was a randomly generated gamer tag when he created an account on Xbox. It sounded cool to him, and so he kept it.
Going back to the question, MrBeast hasn’t officially answered this specific question. But the consensus among sources and forums is that he stands at 6 feet 3 inches or around 1.9 meters. To do some more research, we checked his Instagram account (@mrbeast) and compared his height with other people in the photos.
The most recent one was with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson when he challenged the actor to rock, paper, scissors for a charity donation. They look like they’re the same height, and for reference, The Rock is 6 feet 5 inches (around 1.96 meters). There’s also the Willy Wonka-themed photo with Gordon Ramsay. The renowned chef is around 6 feet 2 inches (1.88 meters).
It’s safe to say that the general consensus is right. But if we want to avoid being overconfident with our answer, whenever someone asks, “How tall is MrBeast?” then we can just say he’s over 6 feet tall.
