Actress Chloe Cherry has immediately and completely won over fans of HBO’s hit show Euphoria. However, Chloe Cherry didn’t expect that her lips would also grab attention – and surely not to the level it had gotten to. She’s shocked and not enjoying the media craze over it.

Chloe Cherry was no stranger to the concept of Euphoria. She was a runaway who came to Miami to become a pornstar just a few days after turning 18.
“I was obsessed with the adult industry,” she shared in her interview with The New York Times.
She looked up how to properly run away from the small town she lived in Pennsylvania and learned that if she left a note, then no one could report her missing.
She found an opportunity, signed with a talent agency, and moved to Los Angeles. She established herself as the gal who posts wacky Instagram stories in the industry.
According to the rumors, showrunner Sam Levinson first saw her in a porn parody of the show where she played the role of Hunter Schafer’s Jules. However, Cherry said that Levinson contacted her through her casting agent.
As it turned out, he follows her on Instagram. Initially, she thought it was a scam but auditioned and bagged the role.
Cherry joined the cast of Euphoria in Season 2 and was introduced in the first episode. She played the role of Faye, a heroin addict who is also the girlfriend of drug dealer Custer, and she was just mostly seen at Fezco and Ashtray’s house. It was her hangout spot and current hideout.
Admittedly, the wide-eyed and pouty-lipped novice actress wasn’t sure she had that great acting ability when she first got the part. However, her confidence grew when she saw the response.
She told Variety, “My fifteen minutes of fame have provoked a lot of positive responses, and it feels insanely good. It feels unreal to have so many people say they love you on the show, it really does.”
Her confidence grew even more when Levinson started rewriting scenes to give her character longer screen time.
Her Acting Wasn’t the Only Major Topic of Conversation

Chloe Cherry’s acting wasn’t the only topic of conversation, but it was also her lips. The actress said that as much as she enjoyed the outpour of love for Faye, she wasn’t exactly having fun with the attention on her lips.
She said it felt crazy how many people talked and commented about her lips being so big. Additionally, the number of posts and headlines that came with it was surreal. (There were multiple outlets publishing speculations that her big lips were the product of fillers.)
“It’s nuts because you have to realize that I got those lips at some point in my life, and nobody reacted that way — at least not to my face,” she explained.
She added that seeing the memes generated about it was weird because it was her body. Ultimately, she couldn’t comprehend why it was such a big deal for many.
Though shocked and confused by all the reactions, Cherry just sucked it up to fame. (Of course, people notice everything about you when you start getting popular. That’s Hollywood, everyone.) She didn’t take another look back at what people had to say about her. She just embraced herself and focused on the opportunities ahead of her.
What’s Next
After her successful TV debut, Cherry’s career took off. She modeled for a campy campaign for Versace and Ssense, did ads for Steve Madden, and created art collages that were then featured in a Los Angeles art show. She was also recently cast in the science-fiction drama “www.RachelOrmont.com” and a dark hitman comedy “Tuna Melt Film.”
Chloe Cherry’s big lips may have unexpectedly gotten attention, but she sure didn’t let it take away attention from her talents.
