Elite is a hit Spanish television show set in a fictional school called Las Encinas. The teen drama, released in 2018, was created by famous and award-winning Spanish filmmakers Carlos Montero and Dario Madrona.
Las Encinas is known as one of the elite high schools in Madrid, Spain. After their school collapsed, three ordinary students were offered a scholarship to study in the said elite school, where the children of the wealthiest studied.
Although their life in the school started all right, as things progressed, their ordinary lifestyle started to create conflict among their classmates. So, their seemingly smooth junior year in high school started filling in with resentment, envy, and a lot of sexual drama.
However, the drama doesn’t only revolve around those themes, as it also has that pinch of mystery and thrill, perfect for those viewers who want to watch a series packed with juicy and grim things in one. What to Expect for Season 4?

Mencia is one of the elite children of the school, as she is the youngest of Benjamin, the new school principal’s kids. Although their relationship was all platonic at first, after making out once, the two eventually found themselves dating.
However, things went sideways after Rebeka’s mother found out that Mencia had joined prostitution. So, to make sure that her daughter breaks up with Mencia, Rebaka’s mother starts blackmailing the elite kid.
However, that didn’t stop Rebeka from staying with Mencia. In fact, she even helped her partner run away from an abusive client. Following that event, the two rekindled their relationship and kept it strong till the end of the season.
A New Love for Samuel
Samuel, Rebeka’s ex and known Elite playboy, found yet another love interest immediately during the show’s start. Since new faces are introduced to the show, Samuel has locked in his new target, the principal’s second daughter, Ari.
However, it seems like his luck is not at its finest since Ari is said to be dating Guzman during that time. Since Samuel wouldn’t back down that easily, he went on to do everything he could to make sure that he got the girl from his former enemy no matter what.
Ultimately, after their unexpected one-night stand, Ari chooses Samuel over Guzmán. However, before she can even tell Guzman that she has finally decided to end their relationship, she is shocked to witness that her sister is getting attacked by Armando. So when she tried to help, she eventually found herself getting attacked by the businessman herself, which eventually resulted in her hospitalization.
The Beef Keeps Going

After their break-up, the beef between Samuel and Rebeka continued through the season. However, by the end of the season, it seems like the two have found peace among themselves, so they eventually forgive each other and are working hard to recover their friendship.
No More Guzman On Season 5
As stated earlier, Guzman, Ari, and Samuel have found themselves in a rather messy love triangle by the end of the season. However, before all that, Guzman was in a relationship with Nadia during the beginning of the fourth season. However, since Nadia is in New York, their long-distance relationship doesn’t work, causing the two to break up.
During that time, Ari entered the scene, catching Guzman’s attention immediately. Although they started off great, with them having steamy moments together, one after another, the two eventually ended their relationship when Samuel entered the scene.
What saddened fans is that there will be no more Guzman in the next seasons after season 4 since the show announced on their official Instagram account that Guzman would not return for the next season.
The Ending Of Season 4
The ending of season 4 was thrilling, with Guzman killing Armando after he started attacking Ari by the lake. Since Guzman and Ari were still together at that time as a boyfriend, Guzman immediately jumped in, protecting his girl no matter what.
During that time, Samuel and Rebeka were also in the scene. Since they will all be prospects of interest for murder, the three decided to keep their mouths shut as much as possible and never talk of the incident ever again.
