Last May 2022, Austin Richard Post, more popularly known as Post Malone, welcomed his daughter’s birth. He is definitely happy and proud to be a girl dad.
In fact, while speaking with TMZ, when he first announced that they were expecting in April, Post gushed, “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, and for since I could remember I was sad. Time to take care of my body and my family and friends and spread as much love as we can every day.”

According to sources close to the “Circles” rapper, the couple celebrated the exciting new chapter of their life with a private party for family and friends in Southern California.
A month later, they finally welcomed their beautiful daughter. Post opted to keep it a private moment, and it wasn’t until June, when he appeared on an episode of Sirius XM’s The Howard Stern Show, that he subtly slipped the news of his first baby.
The Grammy-winning artist, who had just released his album Twelve Carat Toothache at the time, shared that he was officially a dad and kissed his baby girl before heading out to the studio. He also added during the interview that he decided not to publicly announce the news because he wanted his daughter to make her own decisions.
That wasn’t all the good news, though. Post Malone also dropped that his longtime girlfriend had recently become his fiancée. Though still no luck on who the mystery woman is as Post has never posted her on social media.

Post Malone has prioritized his daughter’s privacy and has been careful not to share too much about her online. But in a chat with GQ, he opened up a little bit about her.
He described his daughter as huge and super tall though not big enough yet to fit the clothes from his latest collaboration with Moose Knuckles. He worked on the project while waiting for his baby, which was a fun experience.
He said, “I thought it would be fun for parents and their kids to be able to match — and, I guess, kids be swaggy, in general.” And now that the baby is out, he shared, “I’m trying to get a size for her. She’s a little bit too tiny, but she’ll grow into it.”
Post’s daughter, who was four months old then, is growing up to be a swagger like him. The rapper even says that his daughter had already been ‘dressing to impress.’
He shared how she was so swaggy and cool wearing her overalls, Realtree camo, hoodies, and zip-ups. He also added that she was way cooler than him, but, of course, she took a little inspiration from him.
In addition to the Moose Knuckles collaboration, Post also launched a children’s clothing line called PostyCo Kids. The collection includes ‘cute clothes for little rockstars’ that can fit from baby and toddler to youth styles.
As for his daughter liking his music, the rapper is still unsure. So far, she hadn’t cried whenever he put his music on (sometimes, he would play some of his tunes transformed into Kidz Bop versions and lullabies), so that was a good sign. He did say that she would have to like his music or at least get used to it.
First, everybody plays his music for her at the house, so he hoped it’d get stuck in her head. Second, kids love his music for some reason, and hopefully, she would go with that flow. Ultimately, he was open to conceding if his daughter did not like his music simply because it was her dad’s.
However, being an artist and a dad is a challenge. One of the biggest things he had experienced was being unable to see her. In support of his album that he released last June 3, he did a North American tour that started in September and stretched until November.
So he was out for months on the road, and it felt heartbreaking to leave her. Fortunately, his daughter had been coming out more often toward the last leg of the tour, and he was just always so happy to see her.

The musician just added a new face tattoo to his sentimental collection, and this time, it was the initials of his daughter: DDP. ‘DDP’ was tattooed just above ‘Stay Away,’ which was located on the left side of his forehead. The photo was shared by his tattoo artist Chad Rowe who was very thankful for the opportunity.
While Post Malone hasn’t shared his baby daughter’s name since she’s still young. The public would probably know when she is old enough to consent to social media exposure.
