It looks like actor Regé-Jean Page, also known as Bridgerton’s heartthrob, the Duke of Hastings, has found everything he wants in a wife with girlfriend Emily Brown.
The two have been linked since 2019 but only sparked romance rumors in February 2021 when photos of them hugging on the sidewalk in North London were run by The Daily Mail.
According to Elle, a source confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that they were indeed dating, and this wasn’t a casual relationship too. Per the Mail, the couple already purchased a home in February 2020.
Up until now, there had been no official confirmation from them. Aside from that, Page and Brown chose to keep their relationship lowkey.
Page hadn’t talked about his personal life in any interview, and the most he did was simply to say that his character on Bridgerton, the womanizer Simon Bassett, was far from who he is in real life.
As for Brown, she only went out to public events with the actor occasionally. Well, three in two years, to be exact.
In 2021, they stepped out holding hands on the way to attend the GQ Men of the Year awards in London. In 2022, they attended the Dunhill GQ Pre-BAFTA filmmakers’ dinner in London.
In that same year, they were seen at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club for the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. It was the 12th day, and the game was the men’s singles semifinal match with Novak Djokovic versus Cameron Norrie.
Though as much as we know Page, there are only tidbits of details we know about Brown. Here’s what we managed to find out.

Dating a celebrity and a heartthrob at that could put your privacy on the line. People will keep on poking until they find something. So, it wasn’t surprising at all that Brown had no public social media accounts. In fact, even her LinkedIn, which was cited in Daily Mail’s story about them, was apparently taken down after.
She hasn’t appeared on her boyfriend’s social media pages, too.
She is a Freelance Copywriter and a Part-time Soccer Player

According to reports published by JustJared and Daily Mail, Regé-Jean Page’s girlfriend does commission copywriting work for various companies such as Nike, Converse, and Uber. Entertainment Tonight’s source confirmed the information but didn’t share anything more than that about her career.
Aside from copywriting, Brown also enjoys playing football. She is reportedly playing part-time for Football Beyond Borders (FBB). The charity organization supports “young people from areas of socio-economic disadvantage who are passionate about football” in school and as they transition into adulthood.
Judging by the Dulwich Hamlet Football Club hat she was photographed wearing, she might be supporting a team in East Dulwich in South London.

In an interview with the student newspaper, The Tab, Brown was asked if she ever misbehaved. She replied that she managed to sneak a 75-cm tall vase from a club without anyone noticing. And the cherry on top was that it still had flowers poking out of it.
However, that wasn’t the only naughty thing she did during her time there between 2009 and 2012. She apparently stole a blind because she wanted curtains for her room. Brown also received a load of weed when she was in Ibiza from a guy from the band Faithless.
That’s about it. What we do know is that Emily Brown may not be Regé-Jean Page’s wife just yet, but they’re still going strong.
