The former “The Challenge” star, Morgan Willett, is now making headlines for her statement revealing why she suspects her ex-boyfriend Johnny Bananas Devenanzio was cheating on her.
Willett and Devenanzio began dating in 2018 when they first met on the hit show “The Challenge.” Since then, the two had been in a whirlpool of romance, eventually leading them to start dating in the same year.
They first become partners during season 33, War of the Worlds, strengthening their relationship. However, their time on the show seemed short-lived, as they were both eliminated in the end.

After their time on the show, the two decided to travel the world together, and since then, they were both known to be one of the happiest couples in Hollywood. However, that wasn’t the case anymore after their split up in 2020.
During the interview, Willett stated that she began suspecting her then-boyfriend and co-star Devenanzio of cheating after she took a girl’s trip. When she returned home, she was welcomed by clean and fresh bed sheets.
While some may view Willett’s concerns as overthinking, they were a significant red flag for her. Willett explained her reasoning during her guest appearance on the FML Talk podcast.
Willett said this was just a rare case since Devenanzio doesn’t clean their sheets at all. She further explains every detail, saying that the sheets were not even put back, as they were just taken out of the washing machine, and clean sheets were ready to be put back on.
She doesn’t know what made her think that way, but her gut feeling knows that something is so wrong at that moment. First, Devenanzio was already hungover when he picked her up from the airport. When they got home, she was shocked that everything was not cleaned except the bedsheets.

Aside from the clean bedsheets, she was also suspicious of the smell of women’s perfume on them. Later that night, she was also confused about why Devenanzio didn’t kiss her goodnight. At that moment, she already knew from her heart that something was wrong.
Willett was also very open about her trust issues towards her then-boyfriend, saying that there were no nights she didn’t overthink that Devenanzio might have been cheating on her, and the bedsheet incident was her final straw.
After a few days, it seems like the truth will always prevail. Willett and Banana’s common friend claimed Devenanzio had cheated on Willett while she was on the vacation trip. According to Willett, she built up the courage and called their friend to confirm her suspicions.
Their mutual friend, whose name was not disclosed, said she saw Devenanzio take one girl home after their night at the bar. After hearing that, Willett immediately got numb, as she no longer knew how to react.
Now that she has finally confirmed her suspicions, Willett immediately takes action and speaks with Devenanzio regarding the incident. However, it seems like Willett has already decided to end their relationship and focus on herself for now.
To not shock their fans with their sudden break-up, Willett decided to announce the reason for their split up on Instagram. In the post, she stated that the past week had been difficult for them, especially for her, who had been cheated on by the person she loved more than anything else.
Although there is still a little love left, Willett has decided to leave the moment she finds out in respect for herself. Although she doesn’t know what else to say, she is just physically hurt by what happened.
On the other hand, Devenanzio has not confirmed or denied the accusations towards him. The only thing he stated in an interview after their split up is that he wouldn’t speak about their break-up, explaining that they are both going through a tough time and that all he can do is wish Willett all the best in life.
Meanwhile, during her FML Talk interview, Willett expressed how she was devastated by what happened between them, and all that she wants now is a hug and an apology from Devenanzio. At the time of their breakup, Willett just wanted any sort of comfort from him, but instead, she was met by coldness.
