Bravo’s reality spinoff TV series Winter House Season 2 is back with new faces, new couples, and of course, boiling hot drama. We’re talking intense shouting match, an almost fistfight breaking out, and the first walkout recorded in the franchise’s history.
No, we’re not exaggerating. What’s reality TV without it, right?
So, to prepare you for your journey watching this 9-episode series, here’s everything you need to know.
Quick Recap
RELATED: Malia White and Jake Baker from “Below Deck” Relationship
Winter House, a Bravo spinoff series that features cast members from Summer House and Southern Charm, debuted last October 20, 2021. The show’s premise was simple: they were to embark on a two-week vacation in Stowe, Vermont. Yep, that’s it.
The initial cast starred six members from Summer House – Amanda Batula, Ciara Miller, Kyle Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard, Luke Gulbranson, and Paige DeSorbo – and two from Southern Charm – Austen Kroll and Craig Conover.
The Bravo veterans had quite a history of romances under their belt. Some were linked with each other, while some shared history. And some were even engaged, just like Amanda and Kyle. So if you’re an avid watcher of the other two series, you notice how their relationships have changed and grown.
In an exclusive with Us Weekly before the show’s premiere, Craig shared that the fun thing about Winter House was the combined charm of its crossed-over series. He said, “You’ll see our dynamics from Winter House then carry into this summer, and who knows how that’s going to go.”
Additionally, he compared Bravo to the Marvel Universe, where everybody is friends with everybody. He was sure the viewers would have some exciting stuff to see in the next several months.
To add spice to the already interesting mix, they were joined by newcomers (all models by profession) Andrea Denver, Gabby Kniery, Jason Cameron, and Julia McGuire. And they really did make everything more exciting.
The first season ran for six episodes (filmed for 17 days) until November 24, 2021. And it definitely ended with a web of complicated relationships. So, fans were naturally looking forward to another season.

Season 2: ‘And Stowe It Begins’ Again
After a year of waiting, the winter adventure’s highly anticipated second season aired on October 13, 2022. Now, if you haven’t watched it yet, we guarantee you: It won’t disappoint. Old feuds have been reopened, and new flings ignited. Are you ready for it?
Returning Cast
Alright, first things first. Which members came back for the second season?
First, we have Amanda Batula and Kyle Cook, who have leveled up from being engaged in Season 1 to entering Season 2 as a married couple! Though technically, they still haven’t been married yet during filming, which was done in early 2022.
According to Distractify, the show was looking to hire a field producer for a ‘returning Bravo show’ from February to March. And then, by March, cast members were already posting photos. Their sweet and lovely nuptials happened last September 2021, a month before the airing of Winter House, and it was filmed for the sixth season of Summer House.
Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo also came back for another round. Though this time around, they were no longer single. Conover was one of the few cast members in a relationship during the first season, filmed back on February 21.
After filming wrapped, he and his then-girlfriend Natalie Hegnauer split. Later on, he was romantically linked to castmate Paige DeSorbo. The two confirmed their relationship when they attended Amanda and Kyle’s wedding.
Ciara Miller and Austen Kroll were also on the list of returning cast. Last season, it seemed like sparks were flying between the two, but it looked like they were no longer an item entering season 2. Finally, Luke Gulbranson and Jason Cameron completed the cast list for the returning members.
Special Guests
This season, Lindsay Hubbard made a special guest appearance with her boyfriend (now fiancé), Summer House OG Carl Radke. Carl was noticeably absent from the first season to focus on his sobriety journey. The couple officially started dating in January 2022, which they exclusively shared with Us Weekly. He proposed to her in August.
Vanderpump Rules Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz also joined in on the fun for a couple of nights to give the cast a much-needed break from the tension.
Who’s Out?
Gabby Kniery and Julia McGuire are officially not returning to Stowe. Andrea Denver, who was initially reported to be part of the returning cast, declined his invitation to enjoy another winter vacation.
According to the model, there were reasons for his decision, and one of the major factors was his new relationship. In an interview, Andrea shared, “I started dating recently, and she is a very important person to me.”
He further explained that she was someone who had already been a part of her life, and winning her back was a really long run. So, he wanted to focus on that and sit back for now. He adds that it would also be too fast for him to go on another vacation and film with friends.
New Faces
Of course, every season has a set of new faces to add excitement and chaos to the mix. For Winter House Season 2, we have three newcomers.
First is Craig’s fraternity brother Kory Keefer who has easily earned the ‘heartthrob’ status. The next is florist Rachel Clark who made the last-minute floral arrangements for Amanda and Kyle’s wedding. Then the last one is the real estate agent Jessica Stocker who described herself as the ‘sexually curious’ type.
Lights, Camera, Roll the Drama
Aside from the chaotic-themed parties every night, here are some plotlines you should look forward to this season.
1. Cold Snap: Craig Conover vs. Luke Gulbranson
It had only been a few days since the cast members reunited when drama had already ensued.
In the second episode, aired on October 20, 2022, Craig got defensive after he perceived Luke’s physical interaction with his girlfriend Paige as more than friendly.
He immediately screamed at him to stop touching her and even threatened him saying, “You touch her again like that, I’m going to throw you through the goddamn window.” Luke wasn’t having it and instigated him to actually do it.
A source told PEOPLE that Luke left the house out of frustration after the heated yelling match. Then, production decided to put Luke in a hotel for the night to be safe so the fight wouldn’t escalate into a physical altercation.
2. From Hot to Cold: Ciara Miller and Austen Kroll
In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly last April 2022, Lindsay hinted that Ciara and Austen’s relationship may not be completely over just yet.
The two hit a boiling point earlier in Summer House Season 6 (which was filmed and aired earlier than Winter House), but according to Lindsay, “Ciara’s relationship with Austen is hi-bye now, but you also learn a lot [more] that we discuss at the reunion.”
However, it seemed like they hadn’t resolved it yet, as they were caught arguing during their stay in Vermont. And Ciara shared that all Austen does is put her in weird situations.
3. Old Flame: Lindsay Hubbard and Jason Cameron
Lindsay Hubbard and Jason Cameron weren’t each other’s first picks back in season 1. Lindsay was looking to connect with Austen Kroll, while Jason had his eyes on newcomer Gabrielle Kniery. Sadly, Austen was interested in Ciara and Gabrielle in Luke. So, things didn’t work out for Lindsay and Jason, and they ended up getting together.
While it may seem their relationship was a consolation, they definitely had chemistry. And in the Winter House season finale, which aired on November 24, Jason said, “I don’t think this was just a vacation fling.” And true enough, the couple dated after filming wrapped. But their relationship was short-lived.
Being old flames, getting back together in a winter cabin can be very awkward. Not to mention that the two also had a miscarriage which was aired on TV.
In an episode of David Yontef’s “Behind The Velvet Rope” podcast, Jason shared that he knew that Lindsay would talk about it as they had a previous discussion about it. He didn’t know if the revelation would make the final cut of Summer House’s Season 6 premiere. Well, it did, but no one told him beforehand.
One of the producers just called him 10 minutes before it aired, saying, “Oh, just so you know, your business is about to be like all over TV.” And he felt that his voice was stripped.
Additionally, Lindsay entered season 2 with her new beau Carl Radke to make things extra awkward.
4. New Heartthrob: Kory Keefer
When Keefer came, he had every girl swooning over him. And that in itself could be quite chaotic, especially since everyone would want to be the girl the heartthrob chooses. But what was even more chaotic was the fact that Keefer confessed that he was kinda pursuing all the girls, and the girls didn’t have any idea about this.
