The Bachelor Nation alum Hannah Brown loved and lost on the show. However, as it turned out, she would find her happily-ever-after relationship (hopefully) off-screen with a man named Adam Woolard, and it all started on a dating app.

On November 12, 2020, Hannah jumped on YouTube and shared with her subscribers that she was back on the dating scene. It has been quite some time since her season of The Bachelorette wrapped in 2019 – and since she broke up with Jed Wyatt, who apparently had a girlfriend before the show.
In the video, she said she hopped on a dating app and decided to go for it and make her account. She felt good and excited doing it, and she had been matching with many cute guys.
In fact, she was filming a GRWM (Get Ready With Me) for her very first date with a good, attractive guy. A friend was going with her, and they were going to play paddle tennis.
She said, “I’ve never played before, but I think that’s fun. I think that’s a good easy first date. No high expectations for myself. If it’s bad, I can leave. I’m just putting myself out there.”

Two months after she released her casual video announcement, she was spotted enjoying a stroll down Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice Beach, California, with a man named Adam Woolard. Their hands were intertwined, and they wore matching army-green jackets. Needless to say, that moment sparked dating rumors.
Then, on February 14, Valentine’s Day, Hannah set the rumors to rest with a sweet confirmation. She uploaded a photo of them kissing while riding horses on Instagram with the caption, “Happy Valentine’s Day @admandew ❤️.”
Days later, they were featured in country artist Jordan Davis’ “Almost Maybes” music video. Hannah played Davis’ “the one,” then, in a surprise twist, Adam made his cameo and proposed to Hannah.
At this point, fans have grown really curious about Adam and their relationship. So, Hannah posted a candid Q&A where she answered fan-submitted questions, including the part on how they actually met.
As the story goes, Hannah liked his photo first, but it was Adam who made the actual first move. Woolard didn’t appear in the video but answered some questions. One of those was his first impression of Hannah. He said, “Effortlessly beautiful and vibrant and a little frantic, but so beautiful. Instant spark.”
Everyone would agree they have chemistry with all the sweet Instagram posts and cute, adorable YouTube videos. (This is a fair warning to those who would be way too curious about their posts that they decide to look into the couple’s feed or Hannah’s channel.) The couple is never shy to show their love and support to each other.
In November, Hannah opened up more about her relationship with Adam. Ahead of the release of her memoir titled “God Bless This Mess: Learning to Live Through Life’s Best (And Worst) Moments,” she shared that writing it helped her heal from all the romantic and personal hardships she had gone through. She added that what helped her move forward was her relationship.
According to The Bachelorette alum, what attracted her to Adam was the fact that he knew himself. “He’s very confident in what he deserves and what he wants to give someone else. He’s genuine and he’s truly one of the best humans I’ve ever met,” she said. She also gushed over his cuteness, his energy, and his calmness.
Hannah also said that while she had always longed for safety in relationships, she knew she had been putting herself in unsafe positions. Adam kept showing up for her and always made her feel safe.
To culminate their first year together, Hannah and Adam headed to New York City for a holiday weekend, then celebrated Christmas in matching green-and-white striped pajamas. (They’re way too cute.)

The couple welcomed the new year with Wally, their Australian labradoodle puppy. From boyfriend-girlfriend, they have now become dog dad and dog mom. The two shared photos with Wally to officially introduce them to fans.
Then in February, they celebrated their second Valentine’s together. This time, the greeting was way sweeter. Hannah shared a video montage of Adam, and in the caption, she wrote, “I think it is so important to recognize and celebrate the seemingly minuscule attributes of our partners that mean so much but are often taken for granted.”
She then said that, more often than not, the simple and silly things make the relationship work, not the expensive gifts or the insta-worthy events. “It’s the little moments that remind you why you choose to love that person every day.”
Hannah also shared in an appearance on the Tamron Hall Show in April that her healthy and mature relationship with Adam allowed her to reach a better place in her life, and she has been very thankful for that.
In May, they hit another relationship milestone (the first one being fur parents to Wally) by moving in together. The couple even gave exclusive access to PEOPLE of their apartment in Santa Monica, California, which was designed with the help of Pure Salt Interiors. Following their move-in, they went to Italy and France for a quick getaway.
A few months later, they were spotted on the red carpet premiere of “Ticket to Paradise,” starring George Clooney and Julia Roberts. And again, the two were at it with their matching outfits. This time, they were in black-and-white.
2023
No wedding bells are ringing yet, but the couple is going in that direction. It looks like they’re enjoying each other’s company and supporting their careers.
Speaking with PEOPLE last March, she opened up about how supportive Adam was as she took on the challenge in Fox’s reality series Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test and how proud he was when she made it to the finale.
Hannah also shared her excitement about their future plan to move to Nashville. She said that everything with them has been so easy. “He checks off things I didn’t even know I wanted. And he’s my partner in everything.”
