Having a world-renowned actor as a dad has its upsides. For Michael Consuelos, it usually means having access to Mark Consuelos’ closet. Michael’s closet partly consists of his dad’s clothes, but we can’t blame him. His dad got style.
In the 2022 issue of People’s Magazine of the Sexiest Men Alive, Michael Consuelos claims he always uses the Riverdale star’s clothes, which leads his dad to always question where certain pieces of his things went.

“I often raid my dad’s closet, and he always notices. He’s like, ‘Hey, where’s this?’ And I’m like, ‘Oh, you weren’t home. You were in Vancouver for a while, so I figured,’ He’s like, ‘Don’t figure, ask!’”
Besides being known as the frequent raider of Mark Consuelos’ closet, Michael Consuelos has been known to play the younger version of his dad’s character in Riverdale, Hiram Lodge. He is also known as one of the sexiest men alive in the People magazine issue in 2022, which shocked his mom, TV sensation Kelly Ripa, at her son’s sudden appearance.
Despite that, Michael Consuelos also confessed that he greatly looks up to his parents, especially his mom. He admits that he has read her book ‘Read Live Wire,’ saying he loved reading about his mom’s life and is proud of her hard work that led to all of it coming to fruition.

His dad, Mark Consuelos, is an actor who has built quite a career for himself. He started early in the 90s and has starred in multiple projects since then. In 2023, he started working with his wife as her co-host in Live with Kelly and Mark, an American morning talk show.
The Consuelos family is known to be a tight-knit family that has been frequently seen to support each other’s careers and choices in life. After Michael Consuelos’s birthday, officially 26, on June 2, 2023, his parents posted many old throwback pictures on Instagram from his childhood. They even left their son a cute, heartfelt message.
Of course, the family never fails to show off their love and care for each other inside and outside the view of the cameras. Michael Consuelos admits he doesn’t mind seeing his mom thirsting over her husband’s shirtless pictures on his Instagram. He even considers his mom and dad’s marriage to be ideal.
Michael Consuelos admitted in a 2020 Entertainment Tonight interview that he grew up with his parents since he was their first child after a year of marriage. That explains how he ended up understanding his parents more and being supportive of their endeavors, as they had a lot to learn as a budding family before his siblings were even born.
