It’s a boy! The actress Jennifer Love Hewitt revealed on Instagram the birth of their third child, a son named Aidan James Hallisay, with her husband Brian Hallisay.
The 911 actress exclusively revealed her pregnancy to PEOPLE, stating at the time, “We had always been open to a third, but didn’t think in the crazy year that the entire world was having that it would necessarily be this moment.” Their son Aidan James was born on September 9, 2021.

Jennifer Love Hewitt and Brian Hallisay, who got married in November 2013, are also parents to a son named Atticus James and a daughter named Autumn James. The actress first revealed the wonderful news along with the captions “It’s A Boy,” “Almost Cooked,” and “9 Months,” along with a black-and-white image of a face sketched onto her baby tummy.
Jennifer is very vocal about her opinion about motherhood and everything she’s been through while raising her kids. According to Jennifer, becoming a mother offers a “deeper perspective” on life and transforms a person in numerous ways. The hardest part, she said as well, is deciding on a name.
As you can remember, Jennifer needed to take maternity leave from acting to focus on her pregnancy. It shows the actress’s dedication to ensuring her baby is safe and healthy, away from stress and strenuous activities that she usually does while acting.
