Action star Vin Diesel has always kept his romantic life private with his partner, Paloma Jiménez. It was a decision he made before they went public. As the “Fast and the Furious” actor noted in his 2006 interview with Details, he wouldn’t put it on a magazine cover like others.
“I come from the Harrison Ford, Marlon Brando, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino code of silence,” he said.
Jiménez is definitely into that kind of low-profile lifestyle as well. She has no social media accounts, which can be surprising with her work line.
Jiménez rarely appears on Diesel’s Instagram, and she has never commented about their relationship. That said, she did step out a few times by his side on the red carpet, showing her utmost support for his craft.
The two share three children: Hania Riley (also known as Similce), Vincent, and their youngest, Pauline, named after Diesel’s late friend and co-star Paul Walker. All of them took on his surname: Sinclair.
Let’s get to know more about this camera-elusive relationship.

Karla Paloma Jiménez Denagustin, more popularly known as Paloma Jiménez, was born on August 22, 1983, in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. The 5’10” Latina model left her life in the seaside town to build one in the US, hoping to get her big break in the industry. And she did have her moment.
She graced the January 2005 cover of Maxim Mexico and the August 2006 issue of Max Mexico. She was also featured in ads and magazines for big brands like Coca-Cola, Pantene, and Honda.
Aside from print materials, she did runway modeling, including the Spring/Summer ready-to-wear collections for various designers – Alberto Rodriguez and Carlo Demichelis, to name a few – in 2006 and 2007.
Jiménez also had a small screen credit when she appeared on Otro Rollo con: Adal Ramones, a Mexican comedy and variety show, back in November 2004.

Vin Diesel hasn’t shared much about his relationship with Paloma Jiménez, which wasn’t surprising as Diesel has always been very privy about this aspect of his life.
He had a string of reported relationships before Jiménez, though as far as everyone knew, he only admitted to one: Michelle Rodriguez. The “Fast and Furious” co-stars were first linked in 2001, then a year later, USA Today published a report saying that Diesel revealed he dated her “at one time.” Though when that “time” exactly happened, no one knows.
Six years later, he and the Latina model became an item. According to Us Weekly, the two most likely met through friends or Hollywood events. After all, models and actors overlap circles in the industry.
In an interview with Parade in 2008, he said the desire for a child started while filming his 2005 comedy film “Pacifier.” It took him a couple of years to find the right person to have one with and grow mature enough to be a great father.
When he found her, he held on tight. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight back in 2017 for the premiere of “xXx: Return of Xander Cage, the actor described Jiménez as “stunningly beautiful inside and out.” She has been his rock, and she has been wonderful in so many ways.
The two never announced whether they got officially hitched or not. However, it didn’t seem like it was a big deal, and they have been inseparable ever since.

In the rare times that Diesel talked about his partner, he had nothing but praise. He said that Jiménez is everything and she is the perfect mother to their three kids.
Their first child, Hania Riley, was born on April 2, 2008. Fun fact: According to Pop Sugar, she was getting ready to get out to the real world while her dad was off filming the fourth installment of the “Fast and Furious” franchise. It turns out it was Paul Walker who convinced the reluctant Vin Diesel to go and leave the set.
The couple actually kept their first pregnancy under wraps and only announced her arrival after she was born. In an appearance on Good Morning America in 2009, Diesel shared that he didn’t want cameras around this event and wanted it to be as natural as possible.
Shortly after Hania was born, Diesel said that she changed his perspective on family. Someone once told him that having a child would open up his heart in a way he never knew existed, and it was true.
“It’s like you have a child, and you think, ‘Everything that I’ve done up until this point is insignificant in comparison to being a father.’ It’s a beautiful, beautiful thing.”
Hania, who also goes by the name Similce, was nicknamed by her father “Alpha Angel” as she was his firstborn. At 14, she got her first film credit in the animated film “Fast & Furious Spy Racers” in 2019, which premiered on Netflix. She also does Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and she’s nothing short of impressive.
On August 15, 2010, the couple welcomed their second child and only son, Vincent. He also has an acting credit, just like his sister. He played the role of young Dominic Toretto, his father’s iconic character, in 2021’s “F9.”
Five years later, on March 15, they had their third, Pauline. According to the actor, he felt his late best friend Paul Walker’s presence in the room when their youngest was born.
He had no other person in mind as he cut her umbilical cord. To him, it was a way of keeping his memory a part of his family and his world.
Then they have Meadow, Walker’s daughter, and Diesel’s goddaughter.
Vin Diesel and Paloma Jiménez have maintained a close relationship with her, and they have always been family to each other. Diesel even walked Meadow down the aisle when she got married in 2021, while Hania was her maid of honor.
