Actress Margot Robbie, the one and only Barbie, was once embroiled in a scandal with fellow actor Will Smith. While this happened years ago, and no one probably remembers anything about it, the issue resurfaced after a juicy episode of Facebook Watch’s Red Table Talk in July 2020.
Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, dropped a bomb, confirming singer-songwriter August Alsina’s allegations that she got entangled with her. Jada clarified, though, that it happened when she and Will were quietly separated. With that, Will’s rumored infidelities were also brought up, and Margot was stuck in the middle of it.

During the filming of the American crime-comedy film “Focus” in 2013, Star magazine claimed that Will Smith had been cheating on his wife with his co-star Margot Robbie. According to their insider, Will didn’t act like he was married nor showed signs that he was in one. They also questioned what kind of married man would join a sexy single woman in a photo booth and then start undressing.
In the magazine’s photos published on its cover, Will was shirtless, and Margot was lifting her shirt up to expose her lingerie. But that wasn’t the end of it. The insider also alleged that the two once pulled the curtains back to take photos and go wild – hugging and muzzling each other while laughing.

Of course, the Internet being the Internet, the photos quickly became viral, and everyone was on fire.
However, E! News immediately put out the fire by calling out the entire story manufactured. The film’s production actually commissioned those photos, and the entire cast and crew were there when Will and Margot took them. Additionally, the photo booth was set up for the whole day for fun since it was the last day of shooting.
They also emphasized that the two were just friends, nothing more.

Will Smith is still in a relationship with his wife, Jada. The couple tied the knot in 1997 and are currently in an open marriage. In an interview with GQ, Will shared that they agreed as a couple to the arrangement because they were miserable and something had to change.
“We have given each other trust and freedom, with the belief that everybody has to find their own way. And marriage for us can’t be a prison,” the actor explained.
Margot Robbie is also married and has been so for quite a while. She met her real-life Ken, filmmaker Tom Ackerley, on the “Suite Française” set in 2013. (Yes, the same year she and Will were rumored to be in a relationship.) He was the assistant director while she participated in the film as an actress. They started dating a year later and then said their “I do’s” in 2016.
Margot Robbie and Will Smith made no public statements about their rumored affair. They even teamed up once again for the 2016 superhero film “Suicide Squad.”
